• Your personal data specified below has been collected by AME for the purpose of creating a participant list and conducting communication activities and will be processed partially automatically based on the legitimate interest of the data controller but will not be shared with third parties.
• Your personal data specified below will also be processed partially automatically, based on your express consent, in order to communicate and inform about new activities.

Audio and Visual Recordings

• In accordance with the law, your audio-visual recording data collected by AME through photo/video shootings taken and/or organized within the scope of social events, training and other activities to be published on the website, social media accounts and printed sources will be processed automatically and non- automatically, depending on the legal reason for your explicit consent, for the purposes of promoting AME, strengthening communication with its customer and supplier network, informing its events and organizations on internet platforms and printed sources and may be published in printed publications for the same purposes and legal reasons, shared publicly via AME’s website and social media accounts, and indirectly transferred abroad.
• You can withdraw your consent within the scope of your audio-visual recording data at any time. If you give your consent, we would like to point out that your consent will be valid for photo/video shooting and social media sharing until you withdraw your consent.

EXPLICIT CONSENT FORM FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Within the scope of the Speaker / Participant Privacy notice, I hereby agree on the processing of my visual recordings for being published on the institutions' social media accounts, websites, and other internal and external media in order to promote the Event, of my identity and contact details for sending commercial electronic messages and being shared with suppliers for this purpose; my transaction security information to be shared with the supplier Microsoft Corp. located abroad for the purpose of providing the online platform service to be used ni the organization of the Event. Ihereby declare and accept the IntellectuParlopertyRights statement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS STATEMENT

I hereby acknowledge, declare and expressly consent that I assign the rights over my photo or video recordings provided within the scope of the Event and their different versions subjected to various processes by various technical methods ("Material") to King Saud University & Wasaet company ("Institution"), without any time and place limit; that the Material can be used in printed and visual media, on the Institution's social media accounts and website without constraint, and can be downloaded and shared by third parties; Iguarantee to assign to the Institution al the economical and moral rights, including al copyrights within the context of intellectual and Artistic Works Law, for use, adaptation, reproduction, distribution, representation, and the rights to communicate to the public by devices enabling the transmission of signs, sounds and/or images, now and ni the future; in addition to the rights within the frame of the SAUDI Civil Code and other related legislations. I give my consent for the Materlal to be shared with third parties from whom service is received for the Event and I guarantee to assign to the Institution all the rights of the Material irrevocably, indefinitely, and free of charge, without any constraint on place, content, media, quantity, or any other, within the country or abroad, to be used, reproduced, sold, distributed, stored, published, taken place in digital media Including the internet and intranet, and communicated to the public as well as the neighbouring rights that I have /will have ni the future concerning said Material. I irrevocably accept, declare and guarantee that I wil not claim any fees, copyrights, receivables, compensation, or any other rights and demands for al these aforementioned uses, that Iam fully authorized to sign this consent as the right owner, and in this context, al kinds of authority and warranty belong to me.
